Broken promise The main reason I rate it a 3☆ is because I was assured that the part would be at my door no later than the upcoming Monday 2/12. It didn't arrive until yesterday 2/17. My vehicle has been down for 3 weeks. It's my only form of transportation. I own an Income Tax business, that I meet the clients to prepare their taxes, and it's the middle of tax season. That is huge, not able to have a vehicle during this time. I'm missing out on money. There's no way to know if people are going to wait for me or get antsy about getting their taxes done and go with someone else!

PROTECH VERY DEDICATED TO THE CUSTOMER Protech sent out an ECM that was bad. They immediately sent a replacement which also did not function properly. They immediately followed u with a third unit that works properly. Have to say that they bent over backwards to make everything right. I HIGHLY recommend PROTECH for your ECM replacement needs. They personnal were knowledgable, helpful and very customer friendly. If I ever need any additional ECM's they will be my GO TO source. THANK YOU PROTECH.
