Received very good customer service… Received very good customer service from Automotive Equipment Specialists. I ordered the wrong diagnostic scanner and they went out of their way to ensure I was able to get the scanner I wanted. I called and emailed them several times and was either able to speak to someone each time - or if not available my calls were returned in a timely manner, and all of my emails were answered in a timely manner. Was in the market for a new scanner… Was in the market for a new scanner tool. I've had snap on scanners since I started the trade 30 years ago. So far very happy with my decision to purchase the Autel Maxis ultra. No one came close to the price or the service offered by Automotive Equipment Specialist.
