Looking for a Maxisys system I was surfing for suppliers of the MaxiSYS diagnostic tools. talked to someone via live chat who suggested the MS908E system. He noted that I would receive 2 years warranty and a free oscilloscope module. Called and talked to the sales person to verify that Maxisys would honor the warranty if purchased from AES. I ordered and received it. So far so good! Excellent communications - received multiple emails regarding shipment/tracking #.

Great Price, Quick Shipment, and Great Service They provide great pricing, fast shipment, (had the items in 3 days with free shipping), and great customer service. Had questions about the items I purchased, called the office and the sale rep answered the questions he could and then provided me with contact info to the manufacturer to help me get the rest of my questions answered. To me, being honest and not trying to sales pitch me around my questions is great customer service and very rare these days.

Everything was great except not all… Everything was great except not all shipping charges were added at checkout. After paying $250 for freight shipping I was called later that day and told I needed to pay another $70 because I was having it shipped to a residential address. On the Checkout page they should have it where it asks you if this is a residential address, if so add $70. There are other shipping charges that can be added too that they should ask you about before you completely checkout.
