Booked from 04.22.2024 to 05.06.2024 in… Booked from 04.22.2024 to 05.06.2024 in Bosten . My flight was canceled. Used there service for about 6 hrs. Asking for refund on there app and via email and got no response @ all ( paid almost 270 $ ).

Worst Customer Service Ever! This company used to provide excellent customer service, but no longer!! I purchased two tickets to one parking lot in SF for a total of $40 for an event on the evening of April 18th. When my colleage and I arrived on time, the parking lot was full, with no attendant on duty. The lot only had spaces for 10-12 cars. We had to locate another lot, and was late for our event. I have been trying for several hours to get a refund. I followed all of their procedures, and no response. I will never use them again, and highly advise everyone else to be forewarned. When something goes wrong and you need help, they are nowhere on the planet. Such a shame! This is what happens when a company management that cares about customers gets acquired and they lose their customers, focused only on new customers and do not prioritize customer retention…..a recipe for failure!

I purchased tickets to Cirque du Soleil… I purchased tickets to Cirque du Soleil as well as reserved a parking spot through Parkwhiz. The purchase seemed easy enough but I was never sent a barcode to use. I couldn’t use it so I lost my money & had to use more $ to park. The parking attendant said this is common among Parkwhiz purchases. Definitely will never purchase from them again!

Disappointed I was scheduled to meet a friend, only to discover that she was turned away upon arrival at the parking lot by an attendant who told her she was at the wrong location. This was not true; her parking was prepaid and she had to park elsewhere and pay another fee. And, the attendant was rude which put a damper on the start of the evening!

Don’t use parkwiz they don’t backup their poor service Don’t use parkwiz. They do not communicate with their local parking venues. Our concert in Austin got cancelled and the rescheduled. They sent a email with updated parking pass but when we got there the machine stated that our parking pass had expired. Line of cars behind me waiting to get in so we decided to just pay for a new pass. When I contacted parkwiz after the concert that stated that their was nothing they could do. After speaking with several supervisors they agreed to refund my original pass but stated that the extra money that I had to pay was out of their control. I will never use them again. Horrible customer service. Go to their website and look at their reviews and see all of the other complaints.
