This place is a rip off extremely disrespectful to the consumer by charging so much and giving so little, there is a valet parking for literally what they charge you an hour at this parking lot. If you don’t see homeless people taking dump Next to trash cans Do not park here.

Options are not clear The screen layout was very confusing. The screen shows 3 different time amounts but doesn't allow you to choose one and you don't know until after your card has been processed how much time you just purchased. You also don't know the dollar value for each hour. There is no option for a paper receipt.

Everything went well until I tried to… Everything went well until I tried to leave the parking garage. It was early in the morning and the gate would not open when I scanned the QR code. The assistance button did no good because I couldn't understand the lady trying to help. After trying many options, the garage attendant arrived and opened the gate.

It was not extremely difficult to… It was not extremely difficult to navigate the online payment for the first time, but I will say, if my parents had driven themselves, they would never have been able to do it on their phones. More instructions posted would be good. They were completely confused and they are pretty good with their phones.
