GBParked at the Element Hotel at Miami…and was charged for no cost parking - Very frustrated Parked at the Element Hotel at Miami Airport. It was only after dutifully scanning the QR code and arranging parking that I realized parking charges were being suspended due to construction on-site. I have been charged over $50 for parking that I have no idea how to reverse. Parking.com provides no contact information for help or assistance. I am extremely disappointed in Parking.com and will go out of my way to avoid using it in the future.

GBOverall great but- Overall great, but being able to extend the time within like a 10 minute grace period, if it times out, would be awesome. I had to leave the table mid meal/conversation to go outside and start a new session. So having the ability to restart it if needed (within a short period of course because it does give plenty of notice if you have your phone out) would be helpful for those of us that put our phones away to be polite when having lunch with company.

GBIt was not extremely difficult to… It was not extremely difficult to navigate the online payment for the first time, but I will say, if my parents had driven themselves, they would never have been able to do it on their phones. More instructions posted would be good. They were completely confused and they are pretty good with their phones.

GBConcert parking made easy! Reserving a spot in the parking garage directly adjacent to the concert venue was a HUGE help! Took away all the stress of trying to find parking that night! I would definitely do it again.

GBEverything was fine Everything was fine. Was easy to use and convenient. The only hard part was inputting all requested information, that may be easier for me if I created an account. Not sure if that was an option.
