GBA garage with gentlemen. I was greeted and directed when I entered the garage, making it easy to know where to stop. The gentleman that was directing me was courteous and patient as I gathered my things. I returned earlier than expected and was greeted and treated with the same courtesy as I had been previously. My car was brought out quickly after my bar code was scanned. The gentlemen that I interacted with were professional, quick (without being pushy), and had a smile. The garage was clean and felt safe.

GBI do not understand Icon Parking I do not understand Icon Parking. The attendants were polite and ready to service us. We have been parking the same car over the years with this company. This last week, we parked at this location for the first time. As usual, I pre-paid. When we went to retrieve our car, we were charged an extra $12.00 without warning and told that our car was oversized. As I said, we have been parking the same car over the years and have never been told that before. When I got home, I looked at the reservation I made and checked the website's link to determine whether our car was oversized or not. It was not. I am so tired of being told one reason or another about why we have extra charges when we pick our car after parking with Icon.

GBWe from out of town for a show We from out of town and came to Manhattan to see a Broadway show. This parking location was ideal. Very much appreciated that we could make an advanced reservation and know we had the parking space available. Attendants were good, a very good system.

GBReserved online with credit card and had to pay cash at site I reserved a space online the night before and used my credit card. All appeared to be okay, and I was provided with an electronic copy for presentation at the site. When we got to the site the attendant indicated that the credit card was not working, and our reservation was likely not accepted. We were forced to pay cash on the spot for a space I believed I had already reserved.

GBThe lot was understaffed The lot was understaffed, so it took a long time to leave the car and even longer to retrieve the car. And the cars were parked so close at the attendant had to go in and out through the window. Not really how I like my car to be used.
