They confirmed they had them in stock and when I asked what time they closed the gentleman said in ten minutes. He stayed open an extra 45minutes on a Saturday afternoon and waited for me to come in and collect them. I was extremely grateful and ever thankful that I was able to get to my destination because of them.

Outstanding Customer Service Had a problem with a Lifos 68Ah battery purchased over a year ago from BBL Batteries which needed to be returned to Lifos under warranty. Lifos were a bit odd about this saying it had to be returned via BBL batteries. Andy at BBL Batteries Exeter did an outstanding job managing the return and replacement. He rang me regularly to keep me updated and I had the replacement battery within a week which is great as I'm away this weekend off grid. Thanks to Lifos for the replacement but why are you giving your retailers such a hard time? They even sent the replacement battery to BBL Batteries who had to pay to send it on to me. BBL Batteries covered all the courier costs. Well done BBL Batteries, outstanding customer service.
