Outstanding Customer Service Had a problem with a Lifos 68Ah battery purchased over a year ago from BBL Batteries which needed to be returned to Lifos under warranty. Lifos were a bit odd about this saying it had to be returned via BBL batteries. Andy at BBL Batteries Exeter did an outstanding job managing the return and replacement. He rang me regularly to keep me updated and I had the replacement battery within a week which is great as I'm away this weekend off grid. Thanks to Lifos for the replacement but why are you giving your retailers such a hard time? They even sent the replacement battery to BBL Batteries who had to pay to send it on to me. BBL Batteries covered all the courier costs. Well done BBL Batteries, outstanding customer service.

Excellent service Excellent service, my original motorbike battery was useless, so I ordered a replacement from BBL batteries (Bristol) in the afternoon (the only companythat stocked my battery in the UK), and it came the next day!! put the replacement on my bike and not had an issue since. The gentleman I ordered it from was very professional and had excellent customer service.

Great professional service We are a small NCI (National Coastwatch institution Lookout) based in Charlestown Cornwall, we are not connected to the mains therefore rely solely on Solar panels and a Wind Generator feeding a bank of batteries. Recently our batterie units have become quite unreliable and past their usable life’s. Dann from Truro BBL checked and replaced our units in double quick time and at an excellent price and gave me advice regarding their disposal. Well worth reviewing I'm not a big online reviewer but had to say that I got a great deal at this place. They had the Lucas 34 ah battery in stock that I wanted and took my payment over the phone. I only live 20 minutes from Exeter so I collected it the next day but they did offer me delivery. The chap in the shop was very helpful, no doubt I will be back in the future. Thanks.

Fantastic Service I needed to replace the main battery on my Volvo V90 Cross Country Ocean Race and spoke to an extremely helpful gentleman at BBL Batteries called Chris. He looked up the correct speced replacement battery for my car, patiently answered all my questions and also explained a wealth of useful information to me that the main Volvo dealership failed to do.
