Amazing service. Great Value. I called the Swindon office to ask for a battery for my car. They were able to tell me which battery I needed, and offered it at a price cheaper than any others I had found on the market. An hour and a half later, it was on my doorstep! Incredible service! Very friendly too.

Great professional service We are a small NCI (National Coastwatch institution Lookout) based in Charlestown Cornwall, we are not connected to the mains therefore rely solely on Solar panels and a Wind Generator feeding a bank of batteries. Recently our batterie units have become quite unreliable and past their usable life’s. Dann from Truro BBL checked and replaced our units in double quick time and at an excellent price and gave me advice regarding their disposal. As a member of the SAR services Our mission critical equipment are essential for us to provide the Coastguard with timely information regarding emergencies and incidents in St Austell bay, Dan’s prompt and excellent service has contributed greatly to this. Went into the Swindon store a few weeks… Went into the Swindon store a few weeks ago and the staff there were very rude. Spoke to me like I was an idiot because I didn't know about the thing I went in to ask advice about. They seemed to be rushing to get me out of the store instead of helping with my choices. So I left and went elsewhere.

Avon Batt boost for power wheelchairs I ordered Avon Batt Boost battery and it arrived the next day. I decided to try it and all I could get from this additional battery on my wheelchair was 0.8 miles. Luckily I do have a controler on my wheelchair that is connected with my wheelchair batteries through an app so I can easily track if and how much the Avon Batt Boost battery gives me power. Spoke to the company and they asked me to try it again. In the second trial it was the same experiece. This battery is meant to give power for approximately 10 miles. I wont expect that much but at least something closer to 10 miles when is completely new. When requested a refund I was told that I am the only one that had this bad experience and that I have been unlucky. The thing is that apart form myself I have another friend that bought this Avon Batt Boost battery and he tried his battery. He could get about 3-4 miles from the Avon Batt Boost battery. He decided not to return it because he did not wanted the hassle and also as he said 3-4 miles might be better than nothing. The return and refund process was very smooth with the company. Regarding the product I would advise that each person should try how it works for them, but my experience was not good with this product.
