GBUnstable Salesman Salesman ran up on me and my husband as we were bringing groceries into the house, and my husband told him no thank you. Dude proceeded to yell "Don't close the door!" as we did, because we told him no already. Proceeds to knock on our door after we shut it. We tell him to go away, not interested through the door. He knocks again, ignore it. Knocks again, husband knocks back hoping he'll get the hint. He knocks again, I yell at him to ** off through the door because why the hell is he still there? He's reading as crazy/dangerous at this point. He knocks AGAIN and my husband has to finally open the door and yell at him before he finally leaves us alone. Except now I'm getting text messages from this ** Tarrick saying he talked to my roommate (she also told him to leave us alone) and asking me when the best time to speak is. Why the ** does this unstable man have my phone number???????

GBkeep calling for renewal every day!!! When approaching contract ends in 3 months, Just Energy started to call me every day asking for a renewal. Even I said it is too early to discuss it but they just keep going! These calls were from different numbers so I cannot block them effectively. Stay away from this company. Very annoying!!

GBAn Extremely Disappointing Experience I am writing this review after a deeply unsettling experience with this energy company. I was initially drawn to their services due to their seemingly competitive pricing. However, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The company promised low energy prices, which was a major factor in my decision to choose their services. However, they have not lived up to their promises. Without any prior notification or explanation, my energy prices were tripled. This sudden and significant increase in cost has caused considerable strain on my budget. It is disheartening to see a company take advantage of its customers in such a manner. The lack of transparency and communication is concerning. Customers should be informed about any changes in pricing and the reasons behind them. This is not just a matter of good business practice, but also of basic respect and fairness. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this energy company due to their misleading pricing practices and lack of transparency. It is important to me to do business with companies that value honesty and customer service, and unfortunately, my experience with this company has been lacking in these areas.

GBYou took advantage of my elder mother… You took advantage of my elder mother who is on disability, then jacked up her bill to such a ridiculous amount!!! Then when they disconnected her electricity in the heat they told her wrong info! I'm going to parrot the rest of these people here and say shame on you all! Edit : After trying to get the over $900 bill worked out, it is now almost October and the bill is over $1000! We will be attempting to file a civil lawsuit!

GBFind a better honest service I was at Sams Club and signed up for Just energy because I was told they have low rates and I would be getting a few gift cards the first one was after so many months having their service and that time is past I was suppose to get it in 48 hours and that time is also past. I checked for their number to call them and shows customer service open on Saturday till 6PM well I called at 11AM and not open. So I will cancel my service and get a good honest company. I will also contact Sams club about this
