GBAn Extremely Disappointing Experience I am writing this review after a deeply unsettling experience with this energy company. I was initially drawn to their services due to their seemingly competitive pricing. However, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The company promised low energy prices, which was a major factor in my decision to choose their services. However, they have not lived up to their promises. Without any prior notification or explanation, my energy prices were tripled. This sudden and significant increase in cost has caused considerable strain on my budget. It is disheartening to see a company take advantage of its customers in such a manner. The lack of transparency and communication is concerning. Customers should be informed about any changes in pricing and the reasons behind them. This is not just a matter of good business practice, but also of basic respect and fairness. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this energy company due to their misleading pricing practices and lack of transparency. It is important to me to do business with companies that value honesty and customer service, and unfortunately, my experience with this company has been lacking in these areas.

GBHad a person in Kroger trying to sell… Had a person in Kroger trying to sell me onto this idea and when I asked questions he said “oh no because you signed up in Kroger we wouldn’t charge you a disconnect fee. He sent me emails to show some of the things he had told me and just told me to click on accept. I did because I was able to read what I was accepting. When I got to a final page he tried to tell me “just click accept” but I realized he was trying to get me to “just click” on a contract to disconnect my electricity and sign over to them and charge me $175 to Disconnect if I didn’t like. When I told him “I need time to read all this before I sign” he quickly walked away before I could ask questions. After reading what he didn’t want me to read I realized it was a scam

GBHorrible Experience Horrible Experience, It was a Nightmare! I wish there is something below 1 star! The agent at Sam’s Club literally lied that their rates are the same as DTE so she convinced me to switch my gas supply for them, and after doing my research I found out that their rates are x2 from what I am having from DTE !! I called and terminated the contract, after struggling for two weeks, and I couldn’t receive a cancellation letter to confirm that the contract was terminated. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to think of working with them, you will regret it !!!

GBkeep calling for renewal every day!!! When approaching contract ends in 3 months, Just Energy started to call me every day asking for a renewal. Even I said it is too early to discuss it but they just keep going! These calls were from different numbers so I cannot block them effectively. Stay away from this company. Very annoying!!
