Moved us to direct energy without… Moved us to direct energy without saying, then was double billed from both companies. Continued to pay Just Energy, not knowing about the direct energy switch over...got a big bill from direct to pay off. Response from Just energy was....ahhhhhh... Couldn't back out in the beginning when they said the first 3 months were free.....but never seen anything free. This company is a bleeping joke.

Just Lying Energy Group My bill constantly goes up when I live alone. I didn't change anything or have any additional people over. In fact, I've been out of town half of the month. They promised this great plan of free nights but how..... My bill constantly increases.

Unstable Salesman Salesman ran up on me and my husband as we were bringing groceries into the house, and my husband told him no thank you. Dude proceeded to yell "Don't close the door!" as we did, because we told him no already. Proceeds to knock on our door after we shut it. We tell him to go away, not interested through the door. He knocks again, ignore it. Knocks again, husband knocks back hoping he'll get the hint. He knocks again, I yell at him to ** off through the door because why the hell is he still there? He's reading as crazy/dangerous at this point. He knocks AGAIN and my husband has to finally open the door and yell at him before he finally leaves us alone. Except now I'm getting text messages from this ** Tarrick saying he talked to my roommate (she also told him to leave us alone) and asking me when the best time to speak is. Why the ** does this unstable man have my phone number???????

Had a person in Kroger trying to sell… Had a person in Kroger trying to sell me onto this idea and when I asked questions he said “oh no because you signed up in Kroger we wouldn’t charge you a disconnect fee. He sent me emails to show some of the things he had told me and just told me to click on accept. I did because I was able to read what I was accepting. When I got to a final page he tried to tell me “just click accept” but I realized he was trying to get me to “just click” on a contract to disconnect my electricity and sign over to them and charge me $175 to Disconnect if I didn’t like. When I told him “I need time to read all this before I sign” he quickly walked away before I could ask questions. After reading what he didn’t want me to read I realized it was a scam

Just Energy is the absolute worst… Just Energy is the absolute worst provider you could possibly be misled into buying utilities from. Totally dishonest lying b#stards has been my experience with Just Energy. If these lowlife turds phone you, hang up immediately. We paid these POS over a thousand dollars for 1 month of sheetty service, during the summer.
