I got my system installed in July 2022 I got my system installed in July 2022. Ever since then I have had nothing but issues. They have came out 7 times since installation and still is not fixed. I would run away from this company as fast as possible. They are not worth the money at all. Just go look at the BBB complaints and you will understand how bad they are.

Many many thanks to Roland Obana who’s our sales representative. He went above n beyond n gave us everything we need to know about our Solar System. Outstanding presentation. Also to Mark the lead technician and his crew who installed the System. They both courteous n know exactly what they’re doing. Again, I can’t thank you enough on everything. AWFUL, DISORGANIZED, INCOMPETENT (2.5 yr disaster) Work with literally anyone else. I engaged Semper to install batteries and hook up existing solar panels I already had on my roof. This took them 2.5 years. I spoke to literally 30+ people over the course of the project, none of whom had any idea what was going on at any point. They failed inspection 3x. They installed a safety bollard in the middle of my garage turning it into a 1-car garage which obviously doesn't work. The cherry on top was that they reviewed my account and attributed this disaster to regulatory complications, when for instance my project languished in their design review for 6-wks while we underwent utility black outs during fire season and my children took freezing cold showers. These guys are clowns and one of the biggest time sucks of my adult experience. Use their competitors.

Had my solar installed with Semper… Had my solar installed with Semper Solaris and I am very pleased with the whole experience. My installer was Robert Cassidy and he was great. He answered all my questions and put everything into laymans terms so that I could understand it all. Highly recommend!

STAY AWAY - They are awful and lie Did not get paperwork in time for NEM 2.0. Contracted in plenty of time to get paperwork in to get under NEM 2.0 and they called and said project was not approved and told me to write a letter to SDG&E and I called instead and was told that Semper Solaris was 3 days late in getting paperwork in. When I called Semper Solaris they admitted and they got paperwork in late and said that there was no way for them to get paperwork done and I would just have to spend another $25k for a battery. I laughed and said I will use a different company. They are a joke.
