CAPoor service - stay way Their sales rep con you into long term rental agreements, then when you call and make a service appointment, they don't even bother to show up or call you back or anything. Poor service all around. Stay away from this company!!

GBFirst the hours for signing up to speak … First the hours for signing up to speak to anyone is only 9-5 that was a turn off. Plus I didn't feel the staff was not educated well. I have an issue with my sign up date, ppl is telling sunwave needs to change the date, sunwave is saying ppl can only do this. I am 5 days shy of the end of the month with my old supplier and no one could help me and I am going to be charge an early termination fee. I was not impressed

GBNotification I may be wrong, but was under the assumprion that I was going to receive notification of my contract ending closer to the end date. The last notice I received was 1 month out on a 3 month contract and so I was off on my cancelation/renewal and switched to a variable rate of almost double. That seemed a little sneaky to me, aknowledgin that I should have been a little more on top of my dates. Beyond that, I havent had any complaints.

GBLower Electrical Rates The cost of electrical bills are higher during the colder months and Sunwave helps customers save money. Not only do i save money thru the winter season, I save money all year long. Sunwave let the customers know when their terms are about to expire so that there are no surprises, such as, charging rates that are through the roof. I've dealt with more than 10 different energy suppliers, and I am very happy with Sunwave rates.

GBLow rates even after renewal.… After my contract with another power provider expired, they immediately jacked up the kw cost higher then what my electric company charged. I did an online search and found sunwave. The transition was smooth & i was saving over 25% on the supply charge on my electric bill. My contract is set to expire but i agreed to a renewal with sunwave because they were still a lot lower tha my electric company.
