My solar system stopped working and now… My solar system stopped working and now I can't get in contact with them. (Called for months and emailed them)Use another solar company if you don't want future headaches. I had issues with YSG for years, especially with the passing of permits and things related to the DOB. (Took a whole year and prob would not have been done if i did not get involved with numerous contacts to the DOB) My consumption meter stopped working a year ago and they refused to fix it, they offered to send me a check to have someone else fix it but it's been a year and still no check with multiple follow ups. Now my solar panels are no longer working and I am stuck with no support. I'm a person that never likes to leave a bad review, because i don't believe in reputation shaming. But YSG definetly deserves the 1 star. Stay away from YSG. Wish I never did business with them. NO INTEGRITY WHATSOEVER.

Intall was fine but they gave me… Intall was fine but they gave me solaredge which is not good. On 3rd one in 3 years and YSG refuses to pay for labor despite 25 yr warranty on labor. Doesnt honor warranty and have to get own installer each time for $700.

YSG Solar My husband & I both firmly believe that we could not have had a better experience with any other company other than YSG. We’ve been on the fence about switching to solar. As I’m sure you you probably know how hard it is to find honest & reliable companies these days. Within one day of leaving a message with YSG Solar I received a call back from Kenny the salesman who set me up with an inspector & his roofer Frankie who both showed up on time when they said they would the next day. Once the financing was approved we had our roof done by Frankie & his crew who were extremely professional & reliable. We than had the panels installed by YSG a month later, awaiting the completion of other work being finished. We appreciate their patience & professionalism. They made our experience stress free!! YSG / Alpha solar is the worst company… YSG / Alpha solar is the worst company to do business with. They will send you emails that they are moving your project along which is a lie. They will tell you that your project will be completed by X date which is another lie. They will not pull the necessary permit, which is the honest TRUTH, how do I know? My myself along with 6 of my neighbors have been waiting to have our installation completed for months and we only receive the run around from YSG / Alpha solar. P.S. the office address listed in NYC is not accurate

YSG solar did some work for me in… YSG solar did some work for me in Brooklyn and I must say I was extremely pleased with work and professionalism. The process was easy, simple & efficient. I would definitely be using them for any further work in the near future.
