I got ysg to install my Lg solar panels… I got ysg to install my Lg solar panels about a year ago. I have no complaints what so ever and I highly recommend to any one who would like to save on their electrical bill. The customer service was very efficient and professional from start to finish.

Terrible Company. Terrible Customer Service. One of the worst experiences I've ever had w/ any company. The project took 9 months to complete w/ almost no communication once documents were signed. The company didn't get permits from my town before installing and installed incorrectly according to code. They also didn't upgrade my service panel even though it was in the contract and are still trying to get out of it. The solar panels were installed 4 months ago and are still not turned on and can't get a hold of anyone from the company or get a callback.

Great Company For the past two years I have been saving and question I have they always answer. I don't regret this decision I made by switching to solar panels. Customer service was a great experience and easy people to work with.

Way to go YSG and THANK YOU CHELSEA One word Chelsea! You did an amazing job with our solar panel project. We signed a contract about 2 months ago and my partner and I had a lot of questions and concerns (our first home). We had lots of construction at the home and had questionable experiences with our flooring company ( a story for another day) and the solar project was next so we had a bit skeptical. Chelsea was able to answer all of our questions and even was kind enough to allow us to text her, and sometimes even into the late hours of the night, which we thought was so nice of her. My last electric bill was $23 from ConEdison. The solar panels are all black solar panels and they make our house just amazing! Way to go YSG and THANK YOU CHELSEA

YSG solar did some work for me in… YSG solar did some work for me in Brooklyn and I must say I was extremely pleased with work and professionalism. The process was easy, simple & efficient. I would definitely be using them for any further work in the near future.
