Craig Christianson and Team Provide Great Customer Service Craig Christianson has provided excellent customer service via status reports as well as answering our questions. I am impresses with his professionalism, knowledge and interest in meeting our needs. The work completed by other members of the Encore Solar Team has been very responsive in moving our project through the required steps. I am impressed with the efficiency demonstrated. Encor Solar had a great package deal… Encor Solar had a great package deal that I was sold on. Everything was explained very well. Things moved fairly smooth, it does take a while for everything to be put on from the new meter to the panels and power being run, but that's to be expected. I believe that Encor actually under sold how many panels I needed so after the initial panels were placed up I decided I needed 4 more to be on the safe side. That's when my issue started. It was like pulling teeth to get them to come back out and place 4 more panels. Week after week I would call and be told they would be coming out soon and then I would hear nothing so I would call again and again and again. I finally got in touch with someone up high in the ranks and still took another week to get some answers. To me it seems once I bought the original panels I was hooked and then after it didn't seem like they cared. So for all the initial stuff I give 4 stars, but after I would only give 2 stars

When they change their, it's a bad sign They changed their name to hide the terrible management feedback. The Austin manager is terrible. No feedback, all ego. Buyer beware and don't say you weren't warned when the job never gets installed. Call the manager in Austin - Dave. He will tell you how cool he is and how great the company, then forget why you called. Joke.

Installation Error and High Bills They installed solar panels on the north side of my home because the installer thought it would be easier. I contacted them and was told it was too late and I would have to pay them again to move the panels. The entire point of getting solar panels is that our electricity bills would be lower. Our electricity bills have remained the same as energy prices have increased and the panels are not facing the sun. Now we pay for electricity and solar panels which comes to approximately double what we were paying before the installation.

Prior to the sale Encor provided a… Prior to the sale Encor provided a wealth of good information, and worked hard to earn my business by offering a highly competitive price. However, after the sale I found I was frustrated by the lack of information about the installation, activation of the system, etc. Had it not been for the installation company stepping in to keep me informed I would have been much in the dark. Pre-sale, I give Encor a 5, but factoring in the post sale I would say they should work on their communication.
