Prior to the sale Encor provided a… Prior to the sale Encor provided a wealth of good information, and worked hard to earn my business by offering a highly competitive price. However, after the sale I found I was frustrated by the lack of information about the installation, activation of the system, etc. Had it not been for the installation company stepping in to keep me informed I would have been much in the dark. Pre-sale, I give Encor a 5, but factoring in the post sale I would say they should work on their communication.

She was very polite and informative so we scheduled a meeting with Technician Erik Koob. He was great in helping us understand how solar worked and walked us through the whole process. $2500 Cancellation Fee When I decided to cancel, I was told I had to pay a $2500 cancellation fee. This was Not discussed at the time of signing up so I was blindsided by this. I am going to file a formal complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General. Debt collectors are calling my house constantly. I DO NOT recommend doing business with them and their contractors /vendors.

Everything was installed easy breezy Everything was installed easy breezy! My solar payment covered my whole utility bill like they said it would. I have had several questions since after it was put on my roof and the guy is usually quick to respond to my text. The city took 2 weeks for permission to operate but thats the city for you! The actual installation on my roof took 5 weeks, then 2 weeks before they were running. The panels look nice too.
