Very Lovely People to Work With Great people to work with that reply fairly quickly most of the time the same or next day via email. Did take some time to connect my account with SDGE, but did appear to be SDGE account problems that rather OHM Connect. OHM Connect did provide me with a promotional item for a Google Nest device despite delays with my account registration. Overall, very nice people and they will work with you no matter how long it takes.

Very Informative! Very Informative! I love the fact that what not helps guide you through step by step, and covers all of the information you need, through videos and questions from sellers to get started. I had no questions! I received all the information I needed. Wonderful experience!

I think your company is unorganized or… I think your company is unorganized or maybe you’re very organized and just take advantage of clients. You promise one thing and make excuses why you can’t deliver. I’m sure you rarely if ever ship out the gifts or leaders you promise. We never received the google hub that was promised so we terminated.

This whole OhmConnect has made me more… This whole OhmConnect has made me more aware and conscious of the utilities I’m using and when, I never thought about it before. I feel like I’m doing a small part in the big picture and being rewarded as well, it’s a win win situation.

I like the idea and more ways to improve I like the idea. But oh connect could be smarter about giving credits to people who are already top energy savers. The current algorithm seems to only count individuals historical record. It probably works well for average Americans, it's giving top energy savers negative impact. Because when weather hits and we need energy to stay warm inside and there's no other places to cut. Btw We believe we are as the consultant who did solar installation for us said he's never seen bills like this after decades in business. How about giving these people some credits even if the energy usage stay flat?
