GBNo follow up after complaints After install I had some issues and needed assistance. Had to make several calls about the issues. Finally got through & complained about the issues they said someone would call me no one did, then they would not answer the phone. (I know this because I called back from a different number and they picked up immediately). Finally had someone call back and he offered several solutions and said he could call back after speaking with higher ups- again crickets. Would never recommend this company.

GBNot sure what went wrong, contact missing in action! Reid was very helpful when we installed our solar a year or so ago. Called to talk about adding Batteries. I prefer an in person appointment but was scheduled for an on line appointment. That appointment was forgotten the Reid called back and said he would send a proposal based on the information I sent. It’s been 3 weeks without a word. Is there another office I can work with in the Cameron, MO area?

GBAstrawatt is great Astrawatt is great! They helped me through my HOA which were against solar panels over the course of two years. They proactively informed me when new law were enacted to allow solar panels despite such HOA. The installation itself took only two days and has been running smoothly since. They also helped answer some questions which helped me to get the tax credit. Overall great service and dedication.

Tyler answered every question with full and open honesty and if he was not sure, he followed up after he reached out to people with more knowledge. The panels are great and have proven to be an excellent investment in reducing electric utility costs. The loan for the panels was seamless and straight forward with an excellent interest rate. After installation and going live, Astrawatt monitors the system and reaches out if they suspect there is a problem. Installation team are employees and all enjoy the work and are professional and great technician's.

GBMixed feelings I loved all the crew and staff, am delighted with yearly electric bills under $400. BUT I feel deeply underserved that during the sign up no one suggested I consider replacing my roof before install, because two years later it cost me about $5,500 to have the panels removed and reinstalled and to purchase a new frame. Knowing what that extra cost would be clearly is something I should have been alerted to.
