Amy Miller was absolutely the best… Amy Miller was absolutely the best agent that I have ever experienced in dealing with Allegiant airlines! She is very patient, kind and knew quickly how to resolve my issues! I will always try my best to have Amy as my attendant!

Booked flights Booked flights, received confirmation email and then noticed card had not been charged. Tried to reply to the 3 email addresses available on confirmation email, and all were returned as undeliverable. Called the company, and Nelson said he had tried to call us the prior day (but no missed calls or voicemails), and that despite sending us confirmation they could not honor that price and the flights would actually be $460 extra. Had to make alternate plans, but by then other prices from other vendors had increased. Terrible business and do not honor their prices even after confirming booking.

Your employee was very professional and… Your employee was very professional and very helpful meeting my needs to help book cheap flight & save $87. He seemed knowledgeable and caring. He was able to explain the terms of the bookings, when and if I could cancel etc.
