At first I was nervous about using … At first I was nervous about using Fareskart. I thought there was a hugh concern with my booking reservation. I asked to speak to a manager, I was transferred to Nelson. He was so patient and kind to me, even though I was not very nice to him in the beginning. He eased my mind, he explained exactly what the situation was with all 4 tickets/reservations. We had to change our flight date after he had already spent so much time with myself and my friends husband and he was wonderful!!! I will definitely use them again. Thank you Nelson!

Nelson provided kind and caring responses and was able to secure a roundtrip ticket when the airline agencies indicated all flights were sold out.
