Mr Martin Lawson Mr Martin Lawson was extremely helpful in helping me to complete my travel arrangements. The process was tedious and took more than an hour but he was patient and courteous when I was frustrated very grateful for all his help

(A little backstory) United Airlines… (A little backstory) United Airlines booked a wrong ticket for an Unaccompanied Minor (my daughter), then rejected her at the gate after making a 2-hour drive with her mom. Afterwards, they gave me a bogus number to call, which I did, and the sales representative tried to make me pay an additional $500 to rebook the ticket that United messed up on. After Googling a different number, I came across Dave Carlos, who is the best representative that I have came across in a long time. He was able to find a significantly reduced flight for the next day. On top of that, he gave me his direct email and stayed in touch with me through the entirety of the process until she reached me. Thank you again Dave. She made it safe and sound.

They don't even deserve one star They don't even deserve one star. At first I thought they went above and beyond to help us. Everything was great until it was time to board the the plane. We had our etickets and boarding passes. As we were trying to board the plane we were told are tickets were no good. At that same time I received an email from John saying our flight has been changed. We went to check in for the new flight only to find out our tickets had been payed for with a stolen credit card, not the card we used to pay for the tickets. I am now pursuing this in a legal matter

DO NOT TRUST--You will purchase at a… DO NOT TRUST--You will purchase at a specific price. They will call to tell you it's not available and dramatically increase price. Then they may not even provide you with the flight that you sought originally and provide a completely different flight, which may be at a completely different airport. WORST customer service. TERRIBLE company. Scam artists. DO. NOT. TRUST.
