Patrick was able to book 3 tickets to… Patrick was able to book 3 tickets to St Thomas for my family on Delta airlines for less than half the cost of booking directly with the airline. I'll admit that I was very skeptical at first, especially after reading some negative reviews, but everything worked out very smoothly. Patrick did exactly what he promised to do. He sent me a confirmation email, detailing the flights and price quoted for them the same day that we spoke. I will definitely use Skytravelhub again! I will admit that I could not get the extremely low price that was shown online but the price that I did receive was far cheaper than airline pricing. I would suggest talking directly with Patrick to get the best fare possible.

Very terrible customer service Very terrible customer service. Would not recommend counting on using these services for traveling. You make a reservation, and the payment wasn't going through due to a technical error. Called them back and got the same exact agent who said "I was going to send a cancelation notice earlier." And never did until I had called them why the payment hasn't gone through yet. so I said he should be responsible for the price increase by which he said "a lot more". How do I go from having a flight itinerary to a payment not going through due to technicalities and I'm responsible for the price increase?

I was a little skeptical booking with… I was a little skeptical booking with Sky Travel Hub until my rep, Chris Jones helped me feel at ease and provided the best customer service! He helped me score a great deal for my family of 3, we're going to Aruba in August flying Delta and I couldnt be happier with the deal Chris got for us. Kindly read this true experience I had booked air ticket via Skytravelhub.com on 6/2/2023 for the travel date of 12/21/2023. Close to the travel date the ticket was cancelled with no valid reason for the cancellation. Travel agency cited that they were not aware of the reason why the ticket was cancelled by the airline. Airlines directed my inquires to travel agency SkyTravelHub. SkyTravelHub had charged $906.38 as their service fee for booking. Skytravelhub is not responding to my refund request and it has been 6 months since the ticket was cancelled. My payment of $2799.98 is still not resolved and I had to raise this to Dept of Transportation for further assistance.
