Let the vacation begin! I’ve just finished booking our family’s flights from the East coast to Hawaii. Alex Hale was the most patient and professional customer service agent. He not only found us seats that saved us a good amount of money, but arranged it so we’d all be sitting together. I was a little concerned because we’re traveling with three kids. No worries, we’re flying a well known carrier at a perfect time for us with no crazy layovers. Great vacation memories begin with pleasant travel plans. Thanks Alex!

Patrick was able to book 3 tickets to… Patrick was able to book 3 tickets to St Thomas for my family on Delta airlines for less than half the cost of booking directly with the airline. I'll admit that I was very skeptical at first, especially after reading some negative reviews, but everything worked out very smoothly. Patrick did exactly what he promised to do. He sent me a confirmation email, detailing the flights and price quoted for them the same day that we spoke. I will definitely use Skytravelhub again! I will admit that I could not get the extremely low price that was shown online but the price that I did receive was far cheaper than airline pricing. I would suggest talking directly with Patrick to get the best fare possible.

Call just before flight with "problem" that requires a more expensive itinerary Allow you to book on the website only to be called a couple days before the flight telling us that the itinerary/price is no longer available (why didn't they book at the time of order?). Of course the alternatives are only available at a significantly higher cost. Had to argue with several people requesting either they honor original price or cancel reservation. They said they couldn't honor original price (because they would lose money) nor could they cancel the itinerary (because they already paid for the ticket). Their excuses made no sense. When asked for information about their accreditation, they said they weren't able to give it out (most agencies have it listed on their website). Total scam. Stay far away from them!

Milwaukee to Las Vegas Trip I was having difficulty finding the proper fit for a short mid-week flight to Las Vegas and found Sky Travel Hub's website. I was able to book the trip during the time planned and at a reasonable airfare with Vince Carter's assistance.
