Best customer service Our first family vacation- 8 of us traveling and had a direct flight from Chicago to Phoenix. Our entire flight was canceled. I was sooooo upset it would be 3 times the amount if we went with another carrier. The customer service rep found another flight same charges but with a layover. Not happy about the layover but we will still be there early enough to enjoy our day ;0) silverlinings!

Excellent Service Danish asked what my requests were, he executed to perfection and was a gentleman every time I called in. Him and another woman who assisted when I called in were both the nicest people I could have asked for assistance with my needs.
