I emailed the help cheapair email address about this request and within 25 minutes I received an email from Danish. With everything going on with COVID and in the airline industry I was SHOCKED that I received an email back (from a real person) this fast. I had some more questions following my new flight that I emailed Danish about and I received a phone call from Danish minutes after I sent him my second email. So I called emailed Strip and they told me that my return date was a bit of problem so i should call them.. I called them up and customer service was very polite and he offered me two options and i was comfortable with so i went with that.. I gave them 5 stars bc not every agency u deal with nowadays have good customer service..

After calling my bank, I called to speak with a representative and the lady was so kind and helpful! This was my first time using this booking site, and after such a pleasant experience with her, I will definitely be using it again!!

Thanksgiving was saved. I purchased two tickets for my 80 plus. One of the flights was cancelled and they rerouted from New Jersey to Denver to Dallas. I spoke with my agent and was given another Non-Stop after I could not find anything on the internet. She understood immediately that I didn't want to place my eighty-year- in law with any layover. Thanksgiving was saved by her thoughtfulness and kindness.
