GBOrdered case of Krylon 1307 Battery… Ordered case of Krylon 1307 Battery Protector. Could have given better than 1 star if it didn't take 3 weeks for them to start shipping process. And they only did that because I complained about it. It took them four days to respond. Still waiting for delivery. Shop elsewhere.

GBGet to know your product If you sell a product you should know what your selling! How can you be productive in sales if you don't know the basic information on the product you list on your website. The immediate respose from your company is "BANG, not interested in attempting to help you with your query" why would anyone contact this company? Terrible Sales ethics. Extremely POOR Service !

GBSlow I placed an order for a battery November 20th, two and a half days before Thanksgiving. The order showed to be Processing on November 24th so I called but Skygeek apparently took off both Thursday and Friday for a long weekend. My order is still processing. According to the website, Skygeek ships in 3 to 5 business days so it may not ship at all until Wednesday 9 days after it was ordered. Skygeek also says that Fedex takes 4 days to deliver so now we are at 13 days. I paid Skygeek's premium price for this item and am very unhappy that it will take two weeks or longer to arrive. I am certain that this will be my last experience with Skygeek.

Only after ordering was I notified that the product was not in stock and in fact would not ship until March 23rd. Disappointed I was not told this before placing my order. Please expedite my order. Thank you.

GBChange your shipping carrier So far I can't really say anything about my experience because after almost three weeks since I placed this order I still have to see the product. FedEx originally showed a delivery date of 12/11, then change it to 12/15 - today - but the package is still in Mendon, MO. Very unlikely to be here by tonight. Using the pandemic as an excuse, FedEx has become the worst carrier, even worse than the post office. You guys better change that or you will lose a lot of business. Personally, I will not buy anything from you unless you switch to UPS.
