Change your shipping carrier So far I can't really say anything about my experience because after almost three weeks since I placed this order I still have to see the product. FedEx originally showed a delivery date of 12/11, then change it to 12/15 - today - but the package is still in Mendon, MO. Very unlikely to be here by tonight. Using the pandemic as an excuse, FedEx has become the worst carrier, even worse than the post office. You guys better change that or you will lose a lot of business. Personally, I will not buy anything from you unless you switch to UPS.

Attempted to cast some seals less then 2 months after purchasing and it is defective/won't cure. Write customer service and come to find out that if the order is over 30 days any claims on a defective product are null. Poor customer service, shady policy that isn't Clearly put out there. $100.00 flushed down the drain. Spend your money elsewhere if you want to be treated well.
