GBThis is the first time This is the first time I use this facility to park my car due to traveling. I found out about this place through the perks my employer provides. I was very impressed with how fast and simple the whole process was. From reserving online (very convenient) parking the car, getting picked up pretty quickly and checking out when we returned from our trip. It was a very positive experience overall. Very easy. 1- reserve and pre pay online 2- Self – park your vehicle and wait by it to get picked up 3- upon returning wait to be picked up in the grounds transportation area 4- Scan your reservation at the turnstile on your way out, that’s it! Definitely will use and recommend again.

GBWally Park San Diego - Great Drive We recently used Wally Park by the San Diego airport, and Michael Boykins was our shuttle driver from the parking garage to the airport. Michael was kind, courteous, and very helpful. We really enjoyed our drive with him, and he had lots of great information for us. Based on our experience with Michael Boykins I would highly recommend Wally Park in San Diego!

GBExcellent customer service and parking… Excellent customer service and parking was a breeze! I was a little leary leaving my car outdoors since is was brand new but I have to say I had no problem at all. When I arrived, I was greeted right away by a wonderful staff member who put my luggage into the van and off we went to the airport. 5 days later when I returned, had the same gentleman. I think his name was Albert. I call the number on my ticket and not even 5 mintues was greeted at the airport. Extemely satified and will definately do business again.

GBWebsite miscalculates discounts; Support is horrible Site offered 30% discount for Members. I was logged in to receive the 30% discount. Selected the dates for parking and it showed the correct discount, but when getting to the Summary/Payments screen, only 20% discount was showing. Clearly they miscalculated. Tried many times to reach out to their Customer Support. After ~ 5-7 days and my inquiry being escalated, they indicated it was a programming issues and would speak with their programmer. I asked about getting the 30% discount but they never responded to that request or an additional follow-up. The parking experience is good but if they misrepresent fees and do not stand behind that, there are other options at the PHL airport which I may now explore.

GBI have used this service 4 times and… I have used this service 4 times and every time it has taken 30 minutes to an hour to get picked up when 5-10 minutes is what is promised. And they don’t answer their phone and refuse to make it right. Then when it finally came it was completely full and there was no room to sit and the driver almost got in an accident and threw all the passengers toward the windshield.
