GBHorrible customer service Horrible customer service. Waited over an hour for a pickup at the international terminal. We were lied to multiple times about a shuttle being dispatched to pick up our family. When the driver finally arrived, he was rude. I would NEVER park with this company again. We are very patient people and it takes quite a bit for me to be willing to post a negative review of a company.

GBChoose any place but WallyPark If you have another choice, take it. We arrived into ATL yesterday, followed the instructions to text the shuttle at bag claim and still had to wait for about 25 min for a pick up. While we waited, multiple shuttle buses for the competition passed us waiting, repeatedly. All the other remote parking companies had shuttles come by every few minutes, sometimes 2 waiting to pick up customers. Meanwhile we waited and waited and waited. I would share a photo below but there is nothing to share. Spend a little more and pick anyone but WallyPark. This was my first and LAST time to use WallyPark.

GBThis is the first time This is the first time I use this facility to park my car due to traveling. I found out about this place through the perks my employer provides. I was very impressed with how fast and simple the whole process was. From reserving online (very convenient) parking the car, getting picked up pretty quickly and checking out when we returned from our trip. It was a very positive experience overall. Very easy. 1- reserve and pre pay online 2- Self – park your vehicle and wait by it to get picked up 3- upon returning wait to be picked up in the grounds transportation area 4- Scan your reservation at the turnstile on your way out, that’s it! Definitely will use and recommend again.

GBEverything works well except for infrequent shuttle bus Everything things to function very well, although I was disappointed to have to wait 35 minutes for a shuttle bus to pick me up from the LAX terminal. I saw buses from some other lots come by several times while waiting for WallyPark. I will definitely try them again--this was the first time I used them, and the shuttle bus problem could be a one-off. Stay tuned for a future review.

GBWe parked here for 8 nights in late… We parked here for 8 nights in late September. Overpriced and undersrrved. Dedpite texting we esited 45 minutes to be picked up seeing shuttlrs for vitually every other setvice pass us while waited at the designated spot. Never again!
