TRDear Sirs Dear Sirs , Mr.Nikolay from customer service helped us a lot regarding the date change of our ticket . He was very proffesional and kind . On the other hand , it is a big shame for you , i mean your Omio Mobile app ! It is not working properly and till today we reached your live customer service , your Omio App was NOT working . When we tried to change change/modify our ticket , it says a problem accured sorry . I hope you will fix it soon .
