KRI made a wrong reservation by my… I made a wrong reservation by my mistake. But omio supports team Daisy helped me alot with her kindness. She modified my tickets to the one that I originally supposed to. Also she gave me promotion code for some tickets that wasn't refundable. So it was exactly same with refundable ones despite the train companies service terms! And unlike other companies, team Omio give quick response. Thanks a lot, Omio and Daisy!

GBEfficient refund process I had to cancel a train trip. Contacted Omio expecting to be told that it was tough and I would lose my money. Instead I was pleasantly surprised by the professional and helpful way it was dealt with expertly by Stefany. It has been many years since any major organisation was this helpful on the telephone.
