Unusable tickets Cheaptickets sold me 2 Ryanair tickets for 2 14 year old children. Ryanair doesn't accept them unaccompanied. Afterwards I saw that the website of Ryanair makes it impossible to book for 2 minus 16. But cheaptickets shamelessly sold me 2 unusable tickets. When I noticed it I couldn't reach them because they don't have a real service desk, only a chatbot that answers standard questions. Do not book with them!

Worst experience ever Worst experience ever. I currently have a family emergency and need to travel from Belgium to US in a rush. I booked a flight on Icelandic Airlines through cheapflightsfares. The flight is delayed by more than 10 hours with no information provided for re-routing, rebooking, etc. I had to purchase another ticket on a different airline and, while Icelandic Air is willing to refund my ticket, cheapflightsfares, will refund only $700 of $1,100 charged to my card, and I even took their insurance. Update after 3 months: This company is clearly a scam operation, potential customers beware!! I even purchased their "insurance" in case of ticket changes. They refunded only a portion of the ticket cost while Icelandic Air informed me they would cancel my ticket with no penalty. I'll never use them again!

Have never had a worse experience with… Have never had a worse experience with a company and their customer service. Booked a flight that said “no cancellation fee if canceled within 24 hours”. I called to cancel 15 hours later, spent 1.5 hours on the phone, just for them to tell me they can’t cancel. Will never use this website again. Legit false advertising.

CHEAPTICKETS WON’T HONOR MY ROUND TRIP TICKET CANCELLED DUE TO COVID - OVER $400 AND PAID FOr WITH INSURANCE. I keep getting the run around that they can’t honor my Air Canada tickets - no understandable reason (this was after I reached their headquarters in California). BE FOREWARNED. DISHONEST so-called business.
