GBRipoff and fraud This company will steal your money. BEWARE that the company will not give you a refund if you cancel. They say that it is because you got such a low rate, but the rate was the same as if you called the hotel directly and made a reservation that would have had a 24 hour cancellation policy. This company MISREPRESENTS AND DEFRAUDS in order to steal your money.

GBAbsolute Rip Off and Deceptive Scumbags They hijack the hotel booking page and then charge you additional fees over and above what you could book for directly on the hotel site. Forget trying to cancel as they will just keep your money. The reservation shows up as a Travelocity charge.

GBBIGTIME RIP-OFF COMPANY. DONT USE My husband was trying to make a reservation in Golden, Co and was directed to this site. The agent confirmed reservations to the Fairfield by Marriott we requested and charged our credit card $400 immediately, 2 months before our arrival date in Golden. When we arrived at the hotel, it was a Quality Inn who charged $300 for the nights we stayed. We requested a $100 refund from hotelsavings.com as we felt we were overcharged this amount since the hotel was not a Fairfield as confirmed by the booking agent. They refused to refund our money. This site will rip you off. Don't use it.

GBNever again I read the negative reviews ONLY after I had already used the services of the booking agency. I booked first one night too many and when I called to cancel that night, it was the hardest thing I've done in ages. It seems I had to cancel the entire trip reservations and re-reserve the rooms. What bothers me most is that the first charge was more expensive and and was told that it might take 14 days (and they had a 30 day right to hold) for it to show up on my Visa. Then, of course, the lower charge was also charged although it has yet to show up. having panicked, I called the hotel directly to make very sure I had the reservation and told them the price I was being charged against what they would have charged had I gone through them. I admit it was lower, and the reservation was correct and was secure. HOWEVER ---- the difficulty I went through, the difficulty understanding the speech of the person I was dealing with, made the experience far more painfully long drawn out with repeated explanations from me about what I wanted. I would never use this service again for any reason.

GBFRAUDULENT FOREIGN MORONS I entered dates of FRI APRIL 25 arriving and SAT APRIL 26 departing, checked for room availability, selected my room and proceeded to book. When the confirmation page came up, the date was for TODAY. I immediately called the customer service number, thinking I was dealing with HILTON HOTELS directly, only to find a rude foreign speaking woman who was no help. I insisted upon speaking with a manager, only to find a rude foreign speaking man who told me I entered the wrong dates and it was my problem and there would be no refund. I am out $224 - I have notified my credit card and Hilton. Google is next.
