Thee crapiest airline I have ever flown with to date! C*ck-up started from before I got to Heathrow to begin my journey. For some reason, the JB app just would not accept my credit card details to pay for my luggage (which at the time was collectively £185 for 2 pieces of luggage one way and 1 piece of luggage returning). I approached a customer service rep and explained my situation to which she politely helped and also to which I thought she understood that I was to pay for 2 luggage one way and 1 on return. I was shocked when I learned the cost was £40 less than what was displayed on the app and to which I was pleased that I had saved a little money on top. Fast forward to departure day, I got to Montego Bay airport only to be told that I had not payed for my luggage and that I had to pay an additional $65! Accord to them, there was no payment reflecting on their system that I had done so. (You can imagine the fury at this point). So I paid the requested $65, only to find out the flight had been delayed to JFK. After re-checking in my luggage, I had to join a queue which not only was slow-moving, but had HUNDREDS of people that had to go through security check. Staff was extremely rude and had NO empathy for those who needed to connect their flights. All one customer service rep kept saying was "You're just going to have to wait like everyone else - have patience!!" Long story short, I missed my flight in which I had to wait until for the following evening to catch! This shall most DEFINITELY be my first & LAST time travelling with JetBlue, I just wish I saw these reviews earlier so I could've avoided!

JetBlue did a good job We just took a round trip to Florida on JetBlue. We were very pleased with the service and the cost. Even though we got the basic rate the legroom was adequate. We wouldn't hesitate to fly JetBlue again.

Jet Blue has the absolute worst… Jet Blue has the absolute worst customer service / escalation team. However, it is all part of the service commitment level passed down by the Executive office. I have flown over 2m miles and Jet Blue has never been the same since the days of the Founder & CEO David Neeleman

If you are thinking about flying on Jet Blue please reconsider On Saturday Jet Blue had to cancel a flight due to a problem with the plane so on Sunday they gave the Saturday people our plane and we were stuck in the airport for over 8 hours while they tried to fix that plane. So instead of inconvenience for one plane they did it to two groups of passengers. There was no reason or logic to this. They should have made other arrangements for the Saturday passengers and not bothered us. They told us nothing and when we said the crew probably would be over their hours they insisted no until that became the reason. The website said that we had taken off so people went to the airport to pick us up. The emails kept pushing back the time and it didn’t match what it said at the gate. During this time we received food vouchers for $15 dollars. To put that in perspective a slice of pizza cost $17 dollars. Those vouchers should match the cost of the food at the airport you are in. If we had been told earlier about the plane situation we could have tried to make other arrangements or maybe the people from the Saturday flight could have been accommodated prior to our flight being screwed up. There were passengers there with small children. They did nothing for us. They could have passed out water to everyone. They could have told us what was going on. We asked what was wrong with the plane and they said they didn’t know. I don’t blame the people at the gate. I believe they were also in the dark.

I’ve flown JetBlue a few times now for… I’ve flown JetBlue a few times now for regional trips up and down the East Coast. Check-in at the airport is always smooth and their app makes boarding easy breezy. I also appreciate that even standard economy seats have enough legroom not to feel cramped. A reliable and comfortable airline.
