GBBE AWARE BE AWARE, Jauntee’s company policy is to retain 100% of the money paid to them by a client (traveler) for the purpose of booking a tour with a travel provider, if the client cancels the trip even though the money paid to Jauntee by the client was never sent by Jauntee to the travel provider (cruise/tour line operator). I my case, they are refusing to return $5,405.00 which I paid to them for the purpose to booking a Croatia Small Ship Cruise. After 2 cancellations by cruise operators because of Covid, my fiancée and I choose a Croatia Small Ship Cruise suggested by Jauntee and operated by Katarina Line. A month prior to our scheduled departure on 9/14/2022, my fiancée had surgery and she was found to have ovarian cancer, stage 3. I cancelled our trip. Even though Jauntee had not sent any of my money to Katarina Line to pay for our trip, they (Jauntee) would not refund my money. Jauntee’s refusal to return my $5,405.00 is not consistent with travel industry policies and is clearly immoral.

GBA wonderful trip to Croatia I knew nothing about this agency, but trusted them to arrange a trip for 22 family members to see where their great grandparents grew up in Croatia--(one near Split and one near Dubrovnik) The guide was excellent and all of the local guides also. I arranged for added days in Italy for some of the family, and they were very pleased with all of the accommodations and guides. Some of us went on to Prague and Berlin and everything went as planned. It so happens that I was just copying my photo album of the 2010 trip for a niece this week, so the trip is fresh in my mind. (I could not get the right photo posted.)

GBNot great customer service. I wanted to stay a few extra nights in Dubrovnik after my cruise and asked Jauntee to suggest some hotels. All of their suggestions were very expensive. When I asked about more modest hotels I was told to just do it myself. Not great customer service.
