GBJauntee broken promises, fraud Jauntee travel kept making excuses and asked us to postpone our travel plans. I was unhappy with their lack of response to phone calls and multiple emails so when they offered to cancel and provide us with a 100% refund, I accepted. Unfortunately they have not given us. My credit card company is not agreeing with my dispute of not receiving services so I am out of luck. So sorry that this company scammed so many of us. Should be a way to receive restitution.

GBA wonderful trip to Croatia I knew nothing about this agency, but trusted them to arrange a trip for 22 family members to see where their great grandparents grew up in Croatia--(one near Split and one near Dubrovnik) The guide was excellent and all of the local guides also. I arranged for added days in Italy for some of the family, and they were very pleased with all of the accommodations and guides. Some of us went on to Prague and Berlin and everything went as planned. It so happens that I was just copying my photo album of the 2010 trip for a niece this week, so the trip is fresh in my mind. (I could not get the right photo posted.)

GBThe staff were very eager to help us… The staff were very eager to help us book a cruise - however we were interested in other excursions that might be available for our family while we were staying at a villa in Istria. Two separate agents assured us they could help with this and would get back to us - neither of them every did.

GBBE AWARE BE AWARE, Jauntee’s company policy is to retain 100% of the money paid to them by a client (traveler) for the purpose of booking a tour with a travel provider, if the client cancels the trip even though the money paid to Jauntee by the client was never sent by Jauntee to the travel provider (cruise/tour line operator). I my case, they are refusing to return $5,405.00 which I paid to them for the purpose to booking a Croatia Small Ship Cruise. After 2 cancellations by cruise operators because of Covid, my fiancée and I choose a Croatia Small Ship Cruise suggested by Jauntee and operated by Katarina Line. A month prior to our scheduled departure on 9/14/2022, my fiancée had surgery and she was found to have ovarian cancer, stage 3. I cancelled our trip. Even though Jauntee had not sent any of my money to Katarina Line to pay for our trip, they (Jauntee) would not refund my money. Jauntee’s refusal to return my $5,405.00 is not consistent with travel industry policies and is clearly immoral.

GBTour Contract Not Honored We booked and pre-paid a $12,590 Jauntee tour immediately pre-Coved, in Feb., 2020 - the tour to take place in Sept., 2020. Of course the tour was cancelled. Jauntee generously agreed to allow no-penalty re-bookings through 2022. We were planning to re-book, but when the Delta variant shut down travel again in Sept. 2021, we decided to cancel and travel domestically instead. We requested a refund and expected to pay the $300 p.p. cancellation fee in the booking agreement. To our surprise, Jauntee refused any refund and said we now owned a non-refundable "Credit Note" - although we never agreed to that conversion of our purchase. We are filing official complaints in order to recover monies paid, but Jauntee has gone "radio silent." We HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT BOOK WITH JAUNTEE, as it appears they do not honor their written financial commitments.
