I’ve sent 10+ messages over 2 months and yet to get a response. I tested positive for Covid days before our trip and despite the hotel telling me their will be no cancellation charge on their end , Lovevacations took our money with no option to reschedule or anything. $700 wasted. We never got an email confirmation. We never got an email confirmation number and we have been trying to contact Lovevacations for over 5 days to cancel the booking. But can't log in without an confirmation number. All we have is a quote reference # 5532950KALS4DFDGT. So if you can find our reservation buy this number, Please cancel it. Poor customer service and inaccurate information. Communication with the company regarding our trip cancelation was poor. We were initially sent an email that said we would not be refunded our trip. Months later we were issued a credit. When booking our new dates we were told we could change our trip if necessary due to all that was going on. When I found better prices and wanted to change based on their guidelines I was ignored by their support team and given the run around.

Love vacations still owes me over $1000… Love vacations still owes me over $1000 and they still are not taking calls. They say to use their online chat but that’s not actually functioning either. I continue to understand that my refund will take time due to Covid but with no way to contact someone from the company it seems I am unsure if I’ll ever see the rest of my refund.

Flown Away Oppurtunity The trip was wonderful, except for the flight going and coming home. I nor my wife were not impressed with Spirit Airlines. I've heard horror stories about them, and the majority of them are true. I understand that you have no control over this, but it did take away from out travel experience.
