They don't hold up their money back guarantee... They don't hold up their money back guarantee. First, they make you wait 11 months before you can ask for a refund and then ignore every attempt you make to contact them. I contacted them several times just for an update on my account and never got a response back. I ended up having to deal with my timeshare company myself. What was the point of spending $2500 to them? My advice: RIDE IT OUT. You're gonna take a hit to your credit anyways, ride it out, eventually the timeshare company will come to you with an offer to buy you out so they can sucker someone else. But, there's a reason this company has over 300 complaints with the Better Business Bureau, so don't waste your money.

Delivered as promised. ACC came thru for us with flying colors and got us out from under our timeshare agreement. It's a load off my mind knowing that neither myself nor any of my family will ever be saddled with those perpetuitous monthly fees.

Changed our lives We got caught up in the Timeshare circle. Told several different stories and none were the same. They were very manipulative. Stumbled onto Ammerican Consumer Credit and they changed our lives. They had us provide the info and they ran with it. We are now 100% removed from our legally binding contract. They are the best. This place is a scam This place is a scam. Don't waste your money. My wife and I paid them to rid our credit report of a predatory lending scam, and they have done NOTHING in two years! No resolution, no credit protection, nothing!!!!! When you try to call for updates they tell you it's a waiting game, these things take time. Our written guarantee from them states they will provide services to protect your credit report. Note didn't do that for 24+ months either. Read the fine print. They will scam you out of your money just like the TimeShare business!!!!!
