American Consumer Credit was patient with us, worked with us, and never left us in the dark. We are extremely thankful and our rep was awesome. He was always a call or email away.

GBAwful ripoff Awful ripoff. Signed up with them in August of 2017 hoping for a resolution to the timeshare I was in. One year passed with them slowly decreasing their communication, then all of the sudden they were bankrupt. Now I've defaulted on payments for 20 months and no idea how to get out of this situation. So much for "money back guarantee".

GBIs there any recent updates on A… Is there any recent updates on A consumer Credit LLC? It is now Sept, 2020. I have searched for a Class Action Lawsuit against the company and against Michael Saracco, and cannot find anything. As many people they ripped off, you would think there could be a class action lawsuit against them. 56alford at gmail

GBThis place is a scam This place is a scam. Don't waste your money. My wife and I paid them to rid our credit report of a predatory lending scam, and they have done NOTHING in two years! No resolution, no credit protection, nothing!!!!! When you try to call for updates they tell you it's a waiting game, these things take time. Our written guarantee from them states they will provide services to protect your credit report. Note didn't do that for 24+ months either. Read the fine print. They will scam you out of your money just like the TimeShare business!!!!!

GBChanged our lives We got caught up in the Timeshare circle. Told several different stories and none were the same. They were very manipulative. Stumbled onto Ammerican Consumer Credit and they changed our lives. They had us provide the info and they ran with it. We are now 100% removed from our legally binding contract. They are the best.
