GBDO NOT BOOK! SCAMMERS! Whatever you do, just run. Do not book any flights with this company. Their staff is filled with liars and they lack integrity. I booked my nonstop flight through this company in April 2019 and a day later I received a call from Traveler Help Desk stating that my flight was booked and I needed to book another flight. Surprisingly, the only other options were a flight with a 6 hour layover and a flight 2 days later non-stop. I expressed that I did not want a layover flight especially not 6 hours. Their agent lied stating that it was the only option available. After talking with their representative, I searched the website of the same airline and there was a straight flight available. NO SHOCKER HERE... THEY LIED. I booked my ticket with the airline directly, called them back and informed them of the actions of their rep and stated that they could only give me a $200 refund. Why would I want a $200 refund when I spent $1000 of my hard earned money on this ticket??? I have been battling with this company to receive a refund ever since. Do not book with these scammers. I will post this review about this company on every social media page that I own (Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Snap Chat, Twitter, and my blog) and every review site that exists. This company is disgusting and they will never receive another penny of my money or that of any relative. DO NOT BOOK with CHEAPFARES NOW or Traveler Help Desk aka LBF Travel! SCAMMERS and THIEVES!!!! -Samantha

GBBooked a ticket through them Booked a ticket through them. My granddaughter got COVID and we had to cancel her flight and we had insurance on her ticket. The airline was offering full refunds but I had to work through LBF since I went through them. When I called multiple times they never answer their phones and never return any messages back from my emails. They are Definitely scamming people, one way or another.

NLBeware hidden fees!!! I booked a ticket with them and at checkout they automatically add in "optional fees" to your fare. They added their own "flexible insurance" for $70. When I called to get that removed they told me I had to email them. I did exactly as they instructed and still no refund. This is a common scam. They forced me to pay a flexibility fee and when I tried to change or cancel the tickets they refused. WHAT'S THE POINT OF FLEXIBLE FEES IF IT'S NOT FLEXIBLE?! STAY AWAY FROM THESE MODERN DAY PIRATES.

GBThey sell tickets at a lower price They sell tickets at a lower price, than they tell you that the airline didn't confirm the tickets and the price has gone up. They can either provide you a 80% refund or you have to pay the increased rate. It's a scam website, but really the fault is with Kayak for lettting them operate on their website.

GBA scam- they charged us twice the actual price of the ticket We had used the same agency before and had no complaints. However, this time when we called, we got a very helpful Sarah who wound us charging us twice the actual price of the ticket ($1335). We didn't think anything was amiss because we kept hearing about how much everything had gone up because of the pandemic. But when I checked the ticket on the American Airlines website, we found a receipt for the ticket for $711.84 including the reserved aisle seats that we requested. We paid with a Visa card, but the American Airlines ticket was paid for with a Mastercard. So they charged my credit card for $1335, paid $711.84 for the ticket, and pocketed the difference. This agency is a scam.
