I had a flexible ticket from the airlines and could cancel up to the last day. They got their money back from the airlines when I cancelled, but refuse to give it to me. Pay for a package to Cartagena which… Paid for a package to Cartagena which gave me an option to include a yatch sunset sightseeing trip, turned out to be a random boat, which didn’t honour what was stated on the contract. packages are sold by despegar lacking monitoring of who are their local providers.. so if you buy a yatch trip whatever provider pick it up despegar will honour. not making sure what’s being stated on the small printing…
