GBIt is a scam It is a scam, I called JetBlue and one person called Jorge tell me he was an agent. He send me text message and asked for my information also he was asking for the information about my flight. The credit card call me and advised it is fraud and I cancel the transaction. Keep away from them.

GBrecommended- they get things done We accidently used Bansal Travels (same as many other users have experienced, their phone number showed up top at the Google search when I searched for UA). We needed to reschedule a super expensive International flight next morning due to unexpected Covid situation, and Bansal helped us to resolve it at a reasonable fee when UA told us there was nothing they can do. We were very worried when seeing the reviews online but already paid at that time so only can hope for the best. It turns out working pretty well.

GBSCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT GIVING THEM A CALL. EVERYTHING THEY DO IS FRAUDULENT. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND SPEND LARGE AMOUNTS OF YOUR OWN MONEY. i've been scammed unfortunately because i am so naive to the internet and its tricks. i've lost $2,800 because of this. PLEASE always research before you purchase anything, especially from unknown people/companies.

They will use different English names, but their accent is clearly Indian and they will fool you. After some time their phone won't be reachable. INDIAN THEIVES!
