They are THEIVES and SCAMMERS (a bunch… They are THEIVES and SCAMMERS (a bunch of Indian Dhoties who scam people) STAY AWAY FROM THEM... They will use different English names, but their accent is clearly Indian and they will fool you. After some time their phone won't be reachable. INDIAN THEIVES!

Scam Agency It is not a travel agency it is a scam agency. You call the airline and don't know how you get connected with these scamsters. They pretend to be the airline but actually are all a bunch of scammers. They rob you off a hefty amount and play with your emotions. When you look up for the actual ticket cost of the airline you will be shocked to see how much they have robbed you and when you try call them and explain the same they start behaving disrespectfully and never refund you your money. Be aware of these bunch of scammers and I don't know how the government doesn't ban such type of fraudsters.

As close to a scam as you can get They pretend to be the airline at times of mass flight cancellations when they are not. They then offer to rebook at a rate higher than the airline rate. They will even cancel a reservation you hold while "checking" it in order to force you to book with them at the higher cost. Avoid at all costs...

SCAMMERS!!! I was scammed by these people. My daughter and I missed our flight to Valencia in Spain on March 16th, 2022. I called this phone number 1 855 209 2214 (phone # provided by "Michael" in a message left on my answering machine claiming my flight credit has been issued) to reschedule /cancel our flight. They told us they will cancel our flight and refund us either my airline money or travel credit. They charged me $300 to cancel both flights. I did receive a cancellation phone message and email. Yet, after calling them numerous times to reschedule our trip, I was never able to speak with an agent. A year later today, We have never received any money back or travel credit. They scammed my daughter and me for a total of $1800. None of the 2 numbers I was provided works. STAY away from THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS & THIEVES!
