HRThe site doesn’t even work! The site doesn’t even work, the staff doesn’t even answer there email unless they are making a sale! Where is the information on ticket vouchers? How does anybody know the exact amount they are being refunded??? So many unanswered questions.

GBJust want my refund Booked a flight pre-covid. Got cancelled due to covid, have been asking for a refund for a while now and still nothing. Feels like they are just stalling / not communicating. They don't respond to emails, hot line doesn't work, several times on live chat they respond once or twice then ghost me. =( Edit: I received an email 2 weeks ago stating that they have refunded my roughly 62% of the original price. However, the funds have yet to reach my bank. I have try to contact them but, have not received any reply.

GBFrank is the man Frank is the man! I’ve been helped out by SkyBooker and it means a lot after being trapped for 2 days in Memphis trying to head to Miami. CA*Update* Compagnie did the extra miles and take iniative regard customer services. *Update* Well like some other i got some issue regarding my fly cancel due to covid 19. The first time i call the customer service said that they have problem with reimbursment and i cannot got one. But they take the décision and the iniatives after my call to work with the airline (air canada) to get my money back and the day after i got a call to say that i will get my money back minus a little fee (50$...a that point its very little considering the fact that they still have people to pay and still have and will work to help you) . So yeah...force to admit ticket are cheap and in the end they did what they have to do to make me satisfy as a customer and even make the extra miles by taking initiative even when times are hard for themself.
