HKAverage experience I booked a Paris hotel via happyrooms and when I arrived the hotel, the booking never existed! And happyrooms already deducted the payment from my credit card! I sent several email to them and no reply from them at all. 6 Aug update: I received an email from the company last week and received a refund. I accepted their apology.

PLHorrible !!!!!! How is it possible that Full Moon design hostel booked me in 6 beds room but from your reservation it seems that should be STANDARD SINGLE ROOM. Its middle of the night and now i have to make extra payment for upcoming night! It's not fair and I am waiting for explanations from you and refund of extra payment!!!! INSales support needs improvement I was searching hotels in Mumbai on trivgo.com and they diverted me to happyrooms.com I made two bookings One hotel gave me the confirmation next day that my room is booked. But the other hotel didn't confirmed my booking. I wrote two emails on there customer support about the issue but got reply from them after 5 days about the confirmation. They should improve there support and it should be quick.

ILmade 6 reservations but hotel don't have any information!!! Update- in two days the reservation was confirmed and everything was ok but the best thing was the price - half the price in comparison with all the other websites! I made 6 reservations this week but didn't get any confirmation number and after talking to the hotel they said they don't work with the website!!! talked and emailed costumer service but they keep telling me to wait for them to work things out, only one problem I am supposed to be there next week and now I'm in a limbo while they already were quick to charge me.I can't understand this conduct wjat kind of costumer service is this????

AUDeceitful Yesterday we made a booking at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore which we later cancelled. I emailed the cancellation to the email address which was given only 24 hours ago on the booking confirmation. The cancellation policy states we are able to cancel before 15th Feb 2017 with a full refund. This email address does not exist. This smells of criminal deception. They have our full payment by credit card. How can we cancel if Happy Rooms is not contactable in writing? Fraudulent, I believe.
