GBGreat experience After reading all the negative reviews I felt compelled to write about my experience with Happy Rooms. I reserved a hotel in Orlando via Happy Rooms for 1/3 of the price you would normally expect to pay. I then read all the reviews and became completely paranoid. I had no need to feel worried because when I spoke to them they were completely professional, even when I suggested their site might be a scam !!!. Despite being re-assured by Happy Rooms, I was still concerned so I rang Orlando 3 times in the lead up to my holiday to check my reservation was still ok. I had no need to worry about my reservation and then kicked myself for all the anxiety reading these reviews had caused me. I feel huge sympathy for the people who have had a bad experience but Happy Rooms isn't a scam and I wouldn't hesitate to book with them again.

INSales support needs improvement I was searching hotels in Mumbai on trivgo.com and they diverted me to happyrooms.com I made two bookings One hotel gave me the confirmation next day that my room is booked. But the other hotel didn't confirmed my booking. I wrote two emails on there customer support about the issue but got reply from them after 5 days about the confirmation. They should improve there support and it should be quick.

GBIn my opinion Happyrooms.com must be a SCAM I made a reservation with Happyrooms.com a month ago. I paid in full and have requested an email confirmation several times to no avail. I got suspicious and called the Iberostar Hotel booking department in Miami. They said that they had record of a reservation in my name but it had cancelled. I do not have a reservation but Happyrooms has my money. They have been totally non responsive. Lesson learned. Always book directly with the hotel.

CONOT BOOKING ON MY BEHALF IN THE HOTEL Update - After contacting the support team they fixed the problem and made the reservation on my behalf. It was easy to catch them by phone - email. Thanks to Alex for great customer service! I made a reservation and after talking to the Hotel they told me that there are not reservations on my behalf and also that they dont work with happyrooms. I called happyrooms customer service several times and i didn't receive a help yet. They always said that will send me a email after but im still waiting a solution.

AUDeceitful Yesterday we made a booking at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore which we later cancelled. I emailed the cancellation to the email address which was given only 24 hours ago on the booking confirmation. The cancellation policy states we are able to cancel before 15th Feb 2017 with a full refund. This email address does not exist. This smells of criminal deception. They have our full payment by credit card. How can we cancel if Happy Rooms is not contactable in writing? Fraudulent, I believe.
