GBmisleading title for ticket email After payment, received email with "reservation" in the subject line. I did not interpret this as the e-ticket itself. Called the next day, got emailed the same file, headed the same way. Okay, but I suggest that you put "e-ticket" as well as "reservation" in the heading. Other vendors I've used make this clear.

GBQuick and better choices of flights than the major booking companies. After booking flights with another major online service, I had to cancel those flights because after I thought about it, a 8 hour layover beginning at midnight was not a good idea. I was unable to find a better solution on that service and found 1800FlyEurope where I was able to solve and purchase acceptable tickets. The only negative comment would be that the full flight, including stops, should show up without having to click on another button to see the whole flight.

GBGood prices to be found but cumbersome navigation when looking for different dates. Found this site to be very useful when looking for good prices for flights from SF - Munich. Searching for multiple departure/return dates not easy. Would be great to have a table of different dates (like the Lufthansa site) which shows lowest price (for those lookig for best deal in terms of prices) for different date combinations or even just a "button" for changing dates on the results page.

ITInsurence?....???? Purchased my first tix through this company and also te flight insurence. Due to Iberias strike my flight has been canceled. AA contact me but offered me a tix only 4 days after original date.......I ended up buying another tix, and I called to file a complaint, again I purchased the insrence which means I'm intitled to a full refund......The lady on the other end of the line told me that within three days ill receive a complaint number and that she cannot give that over the phone....strange....never reced any email or whatsoever!!!! Right now I am still on my vacation and very un happy that I need to deal with that now' as soon as ill get back ill have to start the calling craziness.. Ps I ended up purchasing my second tix through 1800 Europe and luckily that went fine.

GBThis was my worst experience on the Internet to book a trip ever!! I received about four calls after I had booked a flight to tell me the flights were not available. My credit card was charged and it took four days to receive a refund. Several calls to customer service to get someone who recognized that I had infact been charged. The site is easy to navigate; however, more needs to be done to stop the messages of confirmation if the flight is infact not available.
